We had the opportunity to celebrate another wonderful family event in memory of Casey. As a result of your continued support and generosity, we were able to raise $17,000 for our designated charities.

The 3rd Annual Casey-Girl Foundation Family Fun Day at Fenway Park - Boston - Sunday, July 24, 2005. Cupcakes for Casey – Run by Mrs. Brown's 3nd Grade Class at St. Mary's School in Winchester, MA. The kids hosted a bake sale and sold cupcakes to help raise a significant amount of money for the Casey-Girl Foundation. Our family was truly touched by this gesture. We cannot imagine a more fitting tribute to Casey and our Foundation than having these kids work together to raise money to be donated in Casey's name. It is a gesture that we will never forget. Thank you to the entire St. Mary's Family!

Tom Moore's Boston Marathon Run - Casey's Uncle Tom ran all 26.2 miles in sweltering conditions in Casey's Memory. Through a contest we held to see who could guess Tom's finishing time, Tom was able to raise over $2,500 for our Foundation. Congratulations to Jeff Simes who won the contest and enjoyed a Red Sox-Phillies Game with his Dad from front row Green Monster Seats!

2003's 1st Annual Family Fun Day and 2004's 2nd Annual Family Fun Day Events- .406 Club at Fenway Park - Boston, MA We celebrated our Foundation's first ever event with over 500 people, including 200 children. We were blessed with beautiful weather. Kids enjoyed the clowns, magicians, caracter artists, visits from Shrek, Dora, Wally the Green Monster, Scooby-Doo, Woody and Sponge Bob. Designated Charities

The Casey-Girl Foundation, Inc. raises money for two worthy causes: The Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Dr. Joseph Madsen Research Fund through Children's Hospital Boston. The Make-A-Wish Foundation grants the wishes of children with life-threatening illnesses to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. The Make-A-Wish Foundation strives to provide a meaningful and carefree experience for the child and lasting, positive memories for the entire family. The Make-A-Wish Foundation fulfills wishes with the hope of offering a welcome respite and just plain fun. Dr. Madsen's Research Fund through Children's Hospital Boston seeks to discover new ways to diagnose and treat neurological complications, including hydrocephalus, that impact the lives of children. This research project hopes to inspire a new generation of the best and brightest medical professionals to work on these critical issues. It is the hope of our family and everyone involved with The Casey-Girl Foundation that we will live long enough to see significant advancements in the treatment of these neurological disorders so that families much us like our family can see their children live a long and healthy life.
